Apparently there's a rip-off being produced. It wouldn't be all that surprising (there was "Strike Commando," in the 80s, there were "Missing in Action" films) if the movie wasn't produced by... Kuwait.

To be honest the "actor" (bodybuilder Abdulhadi Al-Khayat) looks pretty damn manly.
