Is this the movie where the kids hair doesn't stop growing and he walks into the painting that the paintbrushes are made from his long hair, and he goes into this burned down old house.
If this is it, my God this movie freaked me out as a kid
the scene i remember scaring me was something about when that kid painted a self portrait of himself as a bald freak. the camera showed the painting and I remember it badly giving me the creeps. Overall, the movie WAS scary and it gave me nightmares, but I cannot remember very much about it.
