Hi,

I live in Montreal as well and I know all the places where the movie was shot.
The school is indeed the Roslyn Elementary school (http://www.emsb.qc.ca/roslyn/indexmed.html)

The house is located in Westmount as well, on Kensington Avenue (that's perpendicular to Sherbrooke and De Maisonneuve) it's near Dawson (the CEGEP).

The haunted house is indeed the old spooky house that existed a few years ago in the Ste-Justine parking lot and it was destructed about 10 years ago.

The TD bank at the begining of the movie still exists, it's at the intersection of Ste-Catherine and Guy.

The scene where Suzie is on the bicycle (after Connie got in the Senior's truck) was shot from St-Denis (near Sherbrooke and De Maisonneuve) where the café "L'ancien Temps" is and still exists, and on Notre-Dame / De la Montagne area, where there are all the old factories (near the FIVE ROSES FARINE).

Should you need more infos, ask me!
