2. can anyone tell me if there is a part in this movie where the boy is trying to escape and he is running across what might be a park and then he gets attacked by some dogs (dobermans?) who pull at his hair?

As for the second question, I just caught this movie on tv this morning, so I can say for certain that yes, there is a part in the movie where it shows the boy running through a park, and a dog (I think it was a German shepherd), biting his hair and pulling at it.
