Please Help, Mystery Movie

Seeing that most of the questions have been successfully answered so far, here is my mystery movie.

It came out about the same time as The Peanut Butter Solution. I was 8 so forgive me for the details, they are vague, but I think it would probably help.

From what I remeber, there were 2 groups of kids. It was during the winter with lots of snow and one group of kids built this amazingly huge snow fort. It had multiple levels and tunnels. They would battle these other kids in snow ball fights (which if I remember correctly the "bad" kids put food dye in thier snowballs). Well towards the end, the snow fort finally came crashing down and they had to evacuate by sliding through these tunnels and down into a field.

This is what I remeber, please help me out!
