Is this scene in 'Peanutbutter' or not?

Yes, I too thought that 'The Peanut Butter Solution" was a scary movie. I saw it on the Disney Channel when I was 7 or 8. I'm 26 now, and can still remember a few bits and pieces. There is one scene that sticks out in my mind that I THINK was from 'Peatnut Butter solution', but I am not sure: I remember that there were three kids (2 boys and a girl) and they were in some sort of hospital. They were trying to decide which one of them was going to lay down on a hospital cot, to 'play dead, in order to rescue a friend. The girl did not want to do it, so the boy makes her by saying, "You're the president."
I guess maybe they had a friendship club or somthing? That's all I can remember. Maybe it was from a different Disney Channel film? Anyone know?
But I do remember seeing the boy pushing back his hood to reveal his bald head. It MUST be freaky if I can still remember it after all these years!
