If you'd like one, I'd suggest you contact Allumination Filmworks. This company has licensed a few of the other "Tales For All" films from La Fete, and put them on DVD in the US (The Dog Who Stopped The War, Vincent and Me). Here's their customer service webpage:

Seriously more people should do this. I can't believe it isn't on DVD considering the amount of rubbish and other crap that gets put onto dvd, this is better than half of the stuff currently available on DVD, is a shame though seeing as how i'm now getting into high def movies and dvds are becoming like VHS to me.
