Only if I'm still here for breakfast

That line was totally out of character for Murphy. He was a gentleman, I don't think he would have said that. It kills it for me every time.

reply

Are you kidding?? Thats the best line in the movie!!!

reply

You don't think it was out of character?

I don't see Murphy saying that....it doesn't work for me

He wants more than sex

reply

Well sure he wants more than sex, but he wants sex. To quote Murphy:
If you don't know how things are, then you're not as smart as I thought you were.

Or something like that.

reply

That's a great moment. And I love when he says that, and the breakfast bit!

~
"We’re all stories, in the end… just make it a good one, eh?”

reply

And there was some lady he said who lived out of town who would feed him dinner and breakfast. Murphy wasn't a saint.

reply

That's true but I took that line as if Murphy was saying: I'm in love with you Emma and I don't wanna flirt with ya anymore. If you really feel the same way then let's start right here and now. All the while still being a gentleman.

reply

I find it odd that you think he isn't being a gentleman. It's not like they were virgins or strangers. Remember when he told Emma, next time you are asked, say yes.

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

reply

Gentlemen enjoy the company of ladies. All night. Nothing ungentlemanly about that.

reply

I guess you guys are right.

reply

I'm in love for the last time in my life. I in love for the first time iny life.... wow!!.?

?

reply

Something Donald Trump would have said to one of his many women!

reply

Murphy wanted to be clear that he was not staying in the friend zone any longer.

reply

Absolutely.
