Am i the only one who was completely confused during the movie theater scene when Leroy and Sho'Nuff first met and when Sho'nuff was beating us some guy his girl stands up and screams for him to fight back, but its obviously a man in terribly done drag...

I immediately noticed it on Sunday night when I watched this movie for the first time in like I do not know how many years to be honest with you. So it could have been done to be funny like you said but who knows.

I wasn't confused. I just always assumed they were a gay couple and the one getting beat up is the "man" in the relationship and the drag queen is the "woman". The only other possibility is that the man getting beat up is really dumb and doesn't realize his date is a guy....to which he would deserve the beating. lol
