I googled an image of the scene and they look weird to me. They are positioned REALLY low on her torso. Not going to link but it can easily be found on Google image search.

Best breasts can be low on the torso. They hung nicely. A tad too low, not a problem with me.
Bette Davis' hung low and were brilliant.

Her breasts look low in that image, but fine in the like below. I think the costume may have been fitted weird.
