Jake and Robin

The director wants you to sympathise with him. I know that people have gone on here about how cruel she was to laugh at him, but really look at it this way:
He didn't say, "I have feeling for you", "I love you", "I want to go out with you", "I want to have dinner with you", "I want to hold your hand" or even "I want to kiss you".
In effect what he basically was saying was, "I want to stick my d_ _k up your c_ _t". I mean really who goes out and just says this to a woman? If you tried this in real life, most likely you'd get a slap in the face or reported for sexual harassment. He's very lucky she laughed it off rather than call him a pervert and slap his face. You don't just go around saying you want to f_ _k someone to their face like that.
