It is "Give me three chili dawgs and a maalt", but why do you feel this is the best? I know I may be writing this for nothing, seeing how original poster wrote this almost a year ago. I think the best line is the one unsaid... Kevin Costner holds up a beer bottle at the very end as if to say...
I think it's the best line, because it's out of no-where and comes all of a sudden. The line represents the atmosphere of the movie very well.
It's also probably one of the more funny notes I've ever watched in a movie.

Even though the 2 movies are totally unrelated, that particular saying reminds me of the movie "Point Break" when Gary Busey yells at Keanu Reeves "Hey Utah, get me two!" I hear that saying quoted pretty often too. Lol.
