Looking for the TV Version

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for the TV Version and wondered if anyone can help?

There is nothing described in the alternate versions page but at least one TV Version shown did include deleted scenes. Someone has uploaded them to youtube but I am trying to track down the full TV Version.

Does anyone has this? I have lots of other TV Versions and rare stuff to trade.

Sorry, I don't. But I do remember seeing it on TV once, and was very surprised that there were at least a couple scenes that I'd never seen before.

I'm the one who posted the deleted scenes on Youtube. I got those from another fan who recorded the movie back in the 80's. He put just the deleted scenes and the tv trailer on a dvd for me. As far as I know, it was only shown on network tv once.

Thanks for the info tk848 and thanks for uploading the scenes to youtube, hopefully one day I can find someone who has the full TV Version.

I took a look at those last night. I remember the third one - I must've only caught part of it when it was on TV.

I think that they should've left that scene in. It shows Waggoner being a little bit annoyed at Gardner, and not being totally on-board with everything going on. It also shows Gardner pushing them a little bit to extend the trip.
