I think Dorman is still a minister somewhere, Lester gave up accounting and became a chiropractor, Waggener and Phil were both killed in Vietnam, Waggener always knew he wouldn't survive hence his reluctance to marry Deb. Gardner with his good looks, charm and charisma was never going to be a 9 to 5er working a desk. He left Mexico and moved to Hollywood in the 80's became a huge movie star. He married,had kids,divorced,married again, more kids. Has a ranch in Aspen and a beach front home in California, more money than the rest of us put together and a life we can only imagine. He's my favourite actor, watch his movies all the time. I don't know what Spielbergs issues are with this movie, I love it.
