Just because he steals purses and shoves old ladies down to the ground, doesn't warrant a Death Sentence. Now, we don't know, nor does Kersey for a fact, know that he put a knife in someone's skull. That's all hearsay. The Giggler could've turned his life around. But instead he was cut short by a man with a Gun that can stop an Elephant. Over what? A Nikon Camera?
That creep made his choice and got what he deserved. Look at the way the neighborhood cheered as he bled out into the dirt alongside the Nikon camera that I don't believe we ever saw Kersey retrieve. That sends a powerful message to all the other creeps. Think about it.

Then he assaults Kersey for stupidly walking down the street with a Nikon camera case swinging on his back. I guess he deserved to get shot dead in the back.
