At the end, as he's watching as his neighborhood go up in flames, he's viewing it from his apartment and grinning as if he's watching an Itchy and Scratchy cartoon. Odd.

Perhaps it pleased Bennett to see the entire neighborhood destroyed just like his SHOPPP! His SHOPPP! His SHOPPP!
