Help! Trying to find a similar movie from the 80's

Can anyone help me here? I am trying to find a child hood movie that I loved, and it is proving to be impossible.
The movie is from either the late 70's-80's and is about a family who somehow either order or receive a child that is a clone or robot. The child came from some sort of Factory or company, and there are other children like that one ( but they all look different, not like in AI). I think the child arrives naked and packaged, and the parents have to do something to 'activate' him/her.
In the end, they free all the other children from the store/warehouse/company place.
The movie is not DARYL ( great movie) nor AI, but is along the same lines as the two.
Please help!!!

I'm sure that is the film. Here is a description from IMDb:

Konrad (Huckleberry Fox) a brand new 8 yeard old boy, fresh out of a can, PERFECT IN EVERY WAY, and supposed to remain as such. However, he is accidentally delivered to Bertie (Polly Holliday), who is far from "perfect". Together with Mr. Thomas (Ned Beatty), and a few unexpected friends, they fight for Konrad's right to be normal!!!!!

Another IMDb poster mentioned finding a (rare) VHS copy on Amazon for $10.
Maybe you could get lucky too.
