I don't think so. The SR-71 Blackbird is most *definately* a plane. Funky lookin', maybe, but not a spacecraft. BTW, the Wikipedia URL is wrong: You're looking for:

But the Queen's spaceship in "The Phantom Menace" is basically a chrome-plated SR71, as i recall.
And to a kid the Blackbird might well look like a spaceship.
But i agree, prolly thinking of "Flight of the Navigator".
Alright, I see what you mean about the SR-71, though as a kid in the 80s who was into vehicles of all kinds, I am pretty sure I would have recognised it.
