I remember seeing posters for this film on bus shelters in the UK back in '85. Does anyone else recall this?

I saw this film at the cinema in the UK in the summer of '85. Seem to remember thinking it was quite good at the time. Having seen it, for the first time since, on DVD last night I may have to reassess that view.

I remember the ads for this here in the US too. I finally got to see it when it was released on Betamax!!! I'm embarrassed to say I saw this movie and that I owned a Betamax machine. But I still feel Betamax had superior picture and sound over VHS at that time.

I actually saw this movie in the theater in 1985. In Canton,Ohio. Alot of Sci-fi magazines had articles for this movie at the time, but the articles used its original title of "Titan Find".

Don't be ashamed guys. I saw it on video about 2 years after it was at the flicks. I think it's one of the better Alien rip-offs, partly thanks to Klaus Kinski. I think that Leviathan is one of the worst Alien types movies, Inseminoid being the #1 IMO. This film is pretty good by comparison. As a DVD in widescreen is available, I'll have to check it out again.

I remember this being in theaters here in the states. I saw it on video though.
