I didn't care for the first 2 hits

First hit, the garbage truck. They seemed to be relying on the guy getting out of bed and running outside with his garbage. What if he couldn't be bothered, or was fast asleep?

Second hit, what special forces guy would stand directly in front of a car being driven dangerously? He even jumped in front of the car to help with getting run over.

Also, you shouldn't hand-feed wild deer, especially fawns. The mother might attack and then Arnie would have to break its neck, leaving the fawn an orphan, and his own daughter traumatised.

Not such a heart-warming scene now eh.

I still love this film though.

It's a ridiculous action movie. It's not supposed to be taken seriously. So yeah. Silly things happen so that those guys who worked with Matrix can be killed. It's no more ridiculous than a mall having a bunch of huge thick plastic wrapped ropes hanging around the ceiling so that the main protagonist can swing onto an elevator with them. Also Bennet blowing up his own boat was kind of silly too.

But it was in the script that the guy would get out of bed to run outside with his garbage. Same with the 2nd guy. The script had him jump in front of the car and get run over. Also that deer wasn't wild. I'm sure it was more domesticated around humans for them to shoot that scene

There was a script? I thought it was all improvised.

This is a movie? I thought it was a documentary.
