Could General Kirby Have Secured Pardons for Matrix and Cindy?
Kirby has a lot of pull, but could he have gotten pardons for all of the crimes Matrix and Cindy committed? Im sure those cops weren't too happy about having a RPG shot at them.
shareNah, although some of the action is a bit over the top, majority of this movie is more grounded in reality and she would have been charged and imprisoned for her reckless actions. No pardons here
