The John Matrix Diet
Breakfast: Green Berets with freshly squeezed Marine juice.
Lunch: lettuce, tomato and Navy SEALs sandwich.
Dinner: Medium rare Delta steak with a side of mashed Airborne with garlic. For dessert some delicious Ranger parfait.
