A Couple of questions regarding the movie..............

MAY CONTAIN SOME SPOILERS.......

I recently watched Terror at London Bridge and had a couple of questions that hopefully someone can answer.

1. I thought that the missing brick played a huge part in bringing Jack back but when that woman gets her blood on the bridge, and Jack appears, its the day before the big celebration where they finally place the newly found brick on the bridge. So in reality the missing brick means nothing.

2. Who EXACTLY was the guy that was going after Jack? They didn't really get into who he was or did I miss something?

As regards the brick, it's my understanding it's already been replaced into the bridge the night before when the Ripper strikes at the beginning of the movie. The next day was the unveiling of the brick as the final part of London Bridge to complete the ceremony.

I've put this on separately because of spoilers. The man had been in institutions so he was just a disturbed man who acted as a red herring for the real Ripper.
