Wow! - Am I getting old?
I remember watching this as a kid.
It seems wierd watching the scene with Candy, Pryor, and the guy from Law & Order now.
The lady that played the Judge also died not to long ago. - I remember her from "Family Matters"

We are getting older, but let's realize something..
Richard Pryor was a major drug addict and led a self destructive life style.
John Candy was obese.
Jerry Orbach was already in his 50's when this movie came out.
Pat Hingle was 60 when this came out.
I had heard that John Candy's family had a history of heart problems, the fact that he was obese did not help, but even if he was not quite as heavy, he might not be here today anyway.
I agree with the above comments. Most of the Poltergiest cast is gone aleady. I sure do miss Pryor and Candy though.
That "guy" was the great Jerry Orbach, a nice man. I wish I had met him. A friend of mine knew him very well and said Jerry was a saint. Well, we all have to go sometime. Pretty soon, everyone in that film will be gone, from Pryor, to Hume Cronyn, to Lin Shaye (she was in Something about Mary). She appeared here as a nice looking reporter during the election scene.
