If this were a reality tv show involving Richard Pryor and 30 million dollars, it would be named "the world's biggest pile of cocaine". The man would have gone through the 30 mil in about 22 days.

The tricky part would be finding a coke dealer willing to give you a receipt. The money has to be accounted for, of course

You certainly would get value for your money.

You could probably get that dealer to write something down which should suffice.

Only potential problem I see is the number of people who are ODing which probably puts you in jail either for simple possession or for intent to distribute. Legal fees would help with the 30 million but that jail time would be pretty sucky.
