Ok I was reading the trivia for this movie and it says Drake was showing that he brought 27 LIFETIME Health spa memberships if they have it for life doesn't that mean he has something to show for his money

The lifetime memberships were not for him (it is assumed they were for his teammates), therefore he personally has nothing to show for the purchase.
