Lets say he donated 1.5 million to play golf with the President or have lunch with him? Count as charity under the clause of the Will or not?

What about a Prayer Breakfast with 10 or so Senators for 50K apiece?

Or really it could be any amount of money to make the politician answer his call..

He was only allowed to donate 10%. I think that would include political contributions

His entire Vote for None of the Above was a political contribution...

I don't think so, he was the one running, I don't think that a contribution to yourself would count
