just saw this movie today and I havent seen it in years, like you I have all sorts solutions to spending the money, as you know spending $30M is very easy , there are plenty of paintings that go for well over $30M and just one yacht easily costs more than that.but you cant have any possessions at the end of the 30 days, you cant buy and then donate it or destroy nor can you pay some one 100k just to shine your shoes.so how about this, buying something expensive then loose it in a bet?? pay some rock band a million dollars a day to play for you.buy a $30 M painting than pay someone to steal they can destroy it because they are not part of the condition.realistically, with that amount of money you know everyone including the lawyers would be in on it brewster would just pay everyone off to keep their mouth shut about him spending all of the money.

Rules limited gambling to 5%. Also paying someone to steal your possessions would amount to fraud so I would guess one of the rules would be you can't commit fraud in the process.

The rock band would work though. I think the getting value part means you have to pay fair market value for objects... you can't buy a newspaper for 1 million, but you could hire a famous band to perform at the published rates.

if i remember the conditions there was nothing said about getting rid of the money illegally, I guess the uncle assumed he would do it legally, but with 300M ,over 1/2 billion by todays money, Im sure he would try by any means and that type of money can pay off a lot of judges and cops.

so how about this--
get married then have you wife file for divorce because she says you physically abused her?? youll loose all your money in a blink of an eye.
leave the country with the money and go a place where you cant get extradited.
buy stocks high then when they bottom out --sell, investing in reverse.
can he just transfer all his assets to someone else?? people do that all the time when they file for bankrupsy.hes poor, and he hasnt detroyed anything.
buy $30M worth of illegal drugs, repent and hand over the drugs to the police you have no choice since it is illegal, since this would your first offence the judge may go easy on you.
or just buy a friend a $30M painting, the uncle said he cant buy a gift for some 'bimbo but a close friend wouldnt qualify as a bimbo.'
