With saying the above and assuming that he DID have integrity it’s safe to assume that he wouldn’t break into a home and steal. So he most likely DIDN’T raid Barry Manilow’s wardrobe.
Flawlessly logical.
Maybe he and Barry were friends and Barry let Vernon raid his wardrobe.
