Its better with multiple viewing

I wanted to watch a movie that takes place during Christmas and I threw this one in. It's a rough movie editing wise, but it's symbolism and world is amazing.

To think, the whole series of events occured due to a typo in a bureaucrat world. Its glib in its view of humanity, but that's why I like it. Definitely worth a few views as you get older.

I watched this when I was 11 or 12, amd it completely went over my head. I definitely need to revisit it.

If the movie doesn't suit you today, I hope the music does. I really like the music.

I get a cold feeling from this film, like watching Citizen Kane. I sense its genius, but don’t care for it on an emotional level. I can’t remember which version I saw, but it was on broadcast tv.

I have only watched it once since I first saw it in the theater and you may have explained it. It is a magnificent film but it feels like what it really is: 1984 in a pretty wrapper. And, ultimately, it is depressing.

I can see that. I felt the same when I first saw it.
