I have netflix and I have searched for the black cauldron on there and it says it is listed in its dvd section but not the streaming part. Are you all in the USA

It's streaming in the UK on Netflix's! Not sure about the US.

Until I had seen the HD version on Netflix, I had always assumed the animation was subpar but it's actually far beyond any of the Disney movies from the late 60's to that point.
