When the blond douchebag first appeared I assumed it was William Zabka, but it's not. Was he not available for this film?

Just One Of The Guys and National Lampoon's European Vacation came out the same year as this, so its possible that he wasn't available for this one. Which is to bad because this role was right up his alley at this time.

He also reminded me of Stan Gable from Revenge of the Nerds.
