So if original 1985 Marty disappears and comes back to alternate 1985 world, he just becomes a missing person in original 1985? So in that universe he was last seen with Doc, who is gunned down by Libyans, and now his family is not only poor and bullied by Biff, now they have a missing son.

I think the original 1985 no longer exists.

There weren't 2 1985s. The alternate timeline replaced the original one. It didn't create two timelines:
