Perfect Commercial Break

I always thought cut between the scene right after Marty defeats Biff and his gang by skateboarding where Loraine says "I don't know but I'm going to find out" and the scene of Marty coming back to Doc's house where he is watching the VHS tape would be the perfect moment for a commercial break. Is that so in airings of the movie on TV?

Nowadays there is so many commercials on TV, that there is a commercial break during the skateboard chase and then after it ends
