I've seen this film a hundred times but this is the first time I've tried to properly dissect this. Is it the ninjas that push the palm tree on her, or is the falling tree caused by her flipping the car?

She flips it over a palm tree that has already fallen down. Then another falls on her. I guess you could argue the fallen palm tree pushed hard into the standing one, but that's a long stretch isn't it?
