Which ep.? - Manipulating hand's molecular structure- bare hands surgery

If someone could help me identify this episode. I am pretty sure it belongs to this serial of the Twilight Zone (from the 1980s).

The things I remember from watching it in 1980s include the following:

Some people from our present time find themselves far in the future on Earth. However, they are shocked to find out that there are no big buildings nor any kind of technology from the 20th century. The future humans are obviously not very interested in the technology that we have now.

However, when one of the "time travelers" complains on some physical ailment, one of the future evolved humans (a younger woman) effortlessly puts her hand inside his body (presumably by changing its molecular structure) and performs a surgery without causing any pain.

Then she says something to the effect "We didn't build your type of technology but it doesn't mean we haven't progressed in other ways."

Obviously I can't remember the exact text that was spoken as I've seen it only once in passing and that was quite some time ago.

Does Anyone has any ideas as to what this episode could be? I looked at the titles for all the episodes and their short descriptions but couldn't find any that matches this.
