In Gramma at the end George has strange eyes,what on earth
happened to him?Did his gramma possess him,or has something

He certainly went through hell before he died, if he died. Another possibility is he is still in his own body but controlled by his Gramma. It is up to your own interpretation. One thing for sure, Gramma's spirit is in George's body.

Well, was it really Gramma in the first place or had she been possessed by some demon, one of the "old ones" like Cthulu? And maybe that demon just jumped from Gramma when she died into a fresh young body.
