Looking for an episode involving time warp

I'm not sure it's a Twilight Zone episode, but it might be. It was a very funny episode about a guy who is subjected to random - but always detrimental to him - jumps in time, either in the near future or the recent past. For example, he's at work in the office, and at 5 o'clock he sighs in relief at the prospect of going home, and suddenly, zzap, it's 8 in the morning again, and he has a whole day of work ahead of him.

Or he's about to make love to his wife or gf, and zzap (sorry I'm not familiar with the proper terminology for involuntary time travel), he leaps one hour ahead, his wife is beside him in the bed, smiling, smoking, and she says: "oh it was wonderful honey", and he's like... "Noooo!!" Stuff like that all the time. Would love to be able to watch that again. Might have been made in the 80's, possibly earlier, but definitely not more recent.
