Which episodes were REMAKES from the original series?

Can someone list all the episodes from the 1985-1989 series that were remakes from the original 1959-1964 series?

Night of the Meek, Shadow Play and the After Hours are all remakes from the original series.

Dead Woman's Shoes uses the basic premise of Dead Man's Shoes, but takes it in another direction.

And A Game of Pool is a remake, but has a different ending (the one Beaumont originally wrote).

It's never (or rarely) noted, but Special Service is clearly based on A World of Difference (and therefore Teh Truman Show is too).
