Need help! For folks who remember the 1980's...

I remember watching this on TV growing up and the ending terrified me but cannot figure out what the show was. Pretty sure I watched it sometime between 1982-86. I've checked the episode guides for Twilight Zone, Amazing Stories, & New Alfred Hitchcock Presents & it didn't match any of them. Didn't have cable growing up so it aired on either NBC, CBS, or ABC. Pretty sure it was an hour long show, but it's possible it could have been a TV movie I guess. So the plot of it was a girl was getting babysat by an older teenage girl. The older teenage girl basically ends up terrifying the younger girl the whole episode by trying to constantly scare her, turning off lights etc., and just is plain mean to her. The young girl has a wind-up music player in her bedroom & the music player had a man on top of it which would go around in a circle when played. The man was dressed in some old timey costume which I can't remember, might have been in a black tux w/ top hat or as a knight or something like that. I remember at the end the mean teenager opens up a door inside the house and standing there is the man from the music player in real life and I think he kills her! Hoping someone remembers seeing this, it has been bugging me for years, thanks.

I don't know which episode you're talking about, but I will say that you don't have to remember the 80s to know. This show is currently playing on the "Chiller" channel. Maybe if you watch it there, you'll see this episode.

Did a clown give the little girl the music box thing early in the episode, and did the babysitter use a big cleaver (and it seems she wore a wig as well) at one point to scare the little girl? If so, I know which show/episode you're talking about. I've wanted to know which show this was as well. I saw the episode back when it was on, and I remember loving it and I've always remembered it, but don't know what the show was. I always thought it was either one of the 80's Alfred Hitchcock Presents or a show called "Scene of the Crime". I have the 80's AHP, but have only gotten through season 1 only (3 more to go) and I couldn't find any episode synopsis' online for "Scene of the Crime",so I can't find out of that show is the show that had the episode.
