If ever anything plain NEEDED a remake then this is it. Not for TV either - but a full blown 180 minute movie!

I understand your wish, but even while Street Hawk was aired in many countries this TV show was way far of being a success. Having only 13 episodes says how bad the reception was. It came at the same time of Knight Rider and Airwolf. The idea was getting old!
shareA re-make in any form (tv series or movie) would flop! They even tried re-booting Knight Rider & that was canned within a few months. If your being honest, KR has a much better premise with the amazing talking car with it's own AI.
While I love cheesy action shows like Street Hawk, Airwolf etc, the truth is that the market/appeal just isn't there for them any longer.
