there was nothing else on...

so I used to sit through this. I bet all the adult actors were substance abusers and the kids followed in their footsteps.

This was an utter abomination. No wonder there's so many serial killers in America when it pumps out stuff like this.

The quintessential "nothing else to watch" and "fill up a slot in the tv schedule" show. Dark days indeed.

late 80's early 90's tv was kinda a mess like this.

I think there were a few shows back then that survived for that reason. There just wasn't a lot of options on television.

In Australia stuff like this was shown during non ratings period and I watched them because there was few choices back then. It was an ok show but I probably wouldn't like it at all now. Shows would come and go quickly down here I was surprised to see it lasted as long as it did. I don't think we got more than 1 season here.

Everybody hates this show but I remember liking it.

I thought it was ok too. I always liked the stuff they showed during non ratings period more than the prime time stuff. I loved the quirky anthology stuff they would show late at night, Tales from the Darkside, Tales from the Crypt, Twilight Zone etc.

Heaps of shows that to me were better than Knight Rider, A Team etc.

I wasn't actually around when it was new but when I was homeschooled it would play reruns during lunch time, so I'd watch it during my lunch breaks at my grandma's house. I guess I just have fond memories of it

SAME...VERY FOND MEMORIES OF WATCHING IT IN THE AFTERNOONS WHEN I WAS A KID.

Explains a lot, Kowailski.

WE HAD SEVEN CHANNELS...AND ONE TV...I DON'T THINK IT EXPLAINS ANYTHING.
