This used to be one of my favorite shows growing up. When I look back on the shows I liked as a kid, this one and Out Of This World stick out like a sore thumb. A robot that is human. Oh man that rules.
I wish they still aired it on TV.
A robot for a kid. That was such a great idea. They should make a reunion movie. I bet it would sell well on DVD. The actors would probably work for peanuts.
It would be neat if robot kids was possible, to the level of detail where they look like Vicki of course. I bet robot kids would be a great responsibility and it wouldn't be hard to get into trouble with them around.
I would just LOVE to have a Vicki. Just think of all the things I could use her/it for: doing laundry and putting it away, cleaning up the dog poop, vacuuming, doing the dishes, dusting, you name it. As for things I would NOT use her/it for, taking out the trash (because I like to do that) or doing my homework (unlike Jamie, because I like to do things the honest way).
