According to Shout's website it will be an online exclusive released June 22. The date may change but at least we know it's coming.

There is a seller on amazon.com marketplace officially authorized to sell by Shout! factory. You can get it to ship international from there.

I wouldn't count on shout factory having season 2 in stores. They release a lot of old stuff that stores don't bother to order from them
The stores only care about what's new and/or Hot Now!
just look at a Sunday newspaper ad - you never see anything older for sale unless it's something like Michael Jackson's "Thriller" - something that's guaranteed to sell.
i'm telling you bestbuy.com has the 1st season of SW.i would think there's at least a chance they may get some copies of season 2.it's not entirely impossible.

yes, All The online stores stocked Season 1
but because Season 1 Isn't being sold in many stores, Shout Factory announced they'd give season 2 only to their website

I don't mind at all! We started the Shout! Select series (which Small Wonder: Season Two is part of) to have the opportunity to sell certain titles that retail stores were not interested in carrying because they didn't feel they would sell a high enough number of copies. By selling direct, we don't need as high a number to sell. That way, instead of not releasing these titles at all, we've decided to make them available to the fans who want them.
Moviegirll trust me, Best Buy & other brick & mortar retailers (including their websites) will not be stocking Small Wonder season two or any other Shout! Factory exclusives, regardless of whether they carry/carried previous season releases. Shout! is not going through traditonal distribution methods in order to keep costs down. They are only distributing through their website and from an authorized seller on amazon and ebay. This was discussed many times on Shout! Factory's official message boards on their website. If you try to wait out to find a copy of S2 on Best Buy's website you will only be hurting sales and jeapordizing future releases.

Season 1 sales were not good enough to warrant releasing season 2 to other retailers, thus the Shoutfactory exclusive format. Not a big deal. If you're a fan, you'll be glad that they are continuing in on when most other companies would have canceled any further season releases.

Not enough retail stores cared enough to stock it. Not everyone orders online. Stores need to realize that and carry more stuff

Is the quality similar to the first season release?
shareI think the quality is about the same, but then I'm not one of those people overly obsessed with pristine quality. I believe a few episodes jump here and there, but it's nothing terribly noticeable. Shout! included a disclaimer about the quality. Something about the episodes being taken from the best quality masters they could find.
Life is nothing if you're not obsessed.
I FINALLY ordered season 2 of Small Wonder, but I didn't get it through Shout Factory!.
I mean, don't get me wrong. I did go through the process on their website of getting it.
As soon as it said they were gonna charge me $27.50 for shipping, I rethought that idea.
So, I found it on eBay at pretty much the same price, but for $8.99 shipping.
I can't wait to get it!
