Do you think Vicki was anatomically correct? Imagine the fun you could program her to do!!! Surprised dad never made an adult version to replace the wife.

No. They show her being built in the first episode. She is not anatomically correct.
As far as the dad making an adult version of Vicky, that happened in "Small Wonder: The Movie" which is known in English speaking countries as "The Stepford Wives".
