What Happened In The End?!?!

When I was a child, I thought this show was kind of stupid, yet entertaining, and I watched it all the time. Looking back, I remember the episodes that stood out to me most of all were the ones where Vicki became just a bit more human, such as the episodes where she battled Ted's other creation, Vanessa, and such.

My questions out there to anyone who used to watch this show is:

1. Does anyone remember the episode where Ted had some sort of computer named Max, and Vicki would stand next to it and talk to it all the time, and she actually CRIED when Ted decided to unplug it, claiming that robots had no feelings. I saw that episode in rerun in 1994 and the image is stuck in my head!

2. For those who have seen it, was that the last episode? Is it a secret between Vicki and the audience that Pinocchio has come to life? Or was that just another episode? Was this show simply canceled? Does it have an ending? HELP!

Okay, that's all from me. Thank you for your time and consideration.

If I remember right, from childhood, thier final episode was when they were in California and Vanessa took it out on them by locking them in a cage. Thah is all I remember

Yes, that was exactly it. The family goes to Hollywood, auditions for a show or something. Vanessa locks them up in a cage with what appears to be a concrete wall that moves towards the family, ready to crush them, until it's revealed the wall is fake just in time.

An interesting end for a 4-year run of this series, I am sad we didn't get more seasons, it seems as if everyone's career was cut short as a result.

That's exactly why I'm rewatching the series.

The Hunger Games are over.
Real or not real?

They should have been allowed to film a final episode where it's revealed that everything with Vicki has been an elaborate parlor trick for the entire four seasons, and it's always been Jamie who's been the robot, in an effort to see if a robotic boy can blend into human society.

I take it was like Full House * Punky Brewster that decision to close up came fast. Not fond of either those final shows, but if it came up fast they did what they coukd
