I mean stopping Steph from seeing Charlie. Didn't she get her access to Charlie granted by proper authorities? Also I thought it was a bit wrong for Mark to tell Charlie they were coming without clearing it with his dad first. I mean Max just got him back after a lengthy seperation and may just want quality time alone with him.

Apparently not.It seems the mediation ended with Philippa agreeing to Steph having access to Charlie but it wasn't legally enforced.(Technically Max hasn't said Steph can't see Charlie, just that she can't have him stay with her in Erinsborough: She's still free to go and see them in Fiji.)
