Special episode the show could do?

Just wondering if anyone got any ideas for special way the show could do an episode? Like they did the 3 hander episode last year. And when Mark was leaving go into witness protection years ago wasn't that episode done in real time?

I was thinking maybe doing an episode live so no second gos if they mess up a line. Pretty sure it was blue heeelers who have done that before

Another idea not sure how well would work. But an episode where you taken through and seen what happen from each character point of view. In canning house they eating brakfast there a knock at the door Amy gets up to answer it. Everyone keep eating breakfast and dont find out who at the door till see Amy point of view

Corrie have done live eps. I like the idea. They could do it about 9pm so it could be live in the UK and Australia.

Eastenders once did an episode with just one of the characters in, it's a pretty cool concept.

Maybe a late night episode with post watershed theme. Or a fantasy episode where they day dream of their pasts or being in famous films, with cast members playing the roles...Like the EastErinsborough thing they did.

Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

I'd like the fantasy one, any excuse to put on costumes (yes, I did like the hen party!). Or the one character episode, definitely could be interesting.

For me: Paul Robinson's life flashing before his eyes, which is flashbacks to famous iconic scenes with Paul and his family, Terry, Gail etc. This would make me very, very happy.

I was thinking Paul, they could do it with him having current day dialogue too. A Just Paul episode, to mark his anniversary on the show.

How long has he been back now? A 10 year anniversary would be a good chance.

A 12 or 13 year anniversary doesn't really work, does it?...Maybe an idea for 2019. Or on the anniversary of Helen or Jim's death. Or no anniversary - just for the hell of it - on Therese's and his wedding day, (not a spoiler, just wishful thinking...his 3rd marriage in that house, but the house being his wife's, not his).

I'm sure they did a live episode with Mark, Kate & Sophie. The one when he went away and died only to be brought back..... in witness protection.

Wasn't live but was done in real time. So like Kate look at the clock it was 6:45 and was 6:45 in real life to

Also, maybe a mash up with Wentworth or another Aussie show.

One that's on free to air TV though, not pay TV. Maybe they could cross over with another drama, though, that'd be fun.

Aah yeah, they are both free over here. I guess Home and Away would be the ultimate, but aren't they arch rivals? So unlikely to happen.

It would be fun but yeah, plus different networks as well. There's the new one The Wrong Girl - Madeleine West is in that one, as well as Craig McLachlan so it would be rather funny to see someone do a double take - or could that be the truth behind Dee's return (kidding, if rockfenris sees this, I promise). I also have the feeling that's set in Melbourne as well but I've only seen one episode as yet - have the second and third to watch yet.

And of course there is going to be an actual crossover with Family Feud, the game show - the Cannings will be on it, we've seen a bit of that in the previews. I count it, and it should be quite funny.

Oh I forgot about that storyline! That's a shame as one crossover will be enough, and I like the sound of doing it with this "the wrong girl".

It will be a good one I think - the host of Family Feud has a great personality (IMO if there are people about who aren't fans) and I hope we get to see Sheila flirt with him like a lot of the older ladies on the actual show do.

"The Wrong Girl" is really fun and I think could cross well - maybe in the future if it gets more series. I hope it does, but it might do the season based on the book it came from and end, though I hope not. I'm loving Craig and Madeleine as the TV presenters.

Also random, I got to see Craig in Chicago a couple years ago and he was amazing.

I can't think of anything more boring than any couple kissing for half an hour of show.

Though a show that was all one of Piper's vlogs could be fun.

Not snogging, but a Tyler/Piper episode would be cool. Especially if they did it vlog style.

That would actually be really fun. I was just like... a half hour kissing session? Kind of boring. I guess if they talked between it might work, though.

TBH even actually being one of the kissers for 30 mins would be dull. Even if it was with Travis Burns...Swoon.

Oh yes, it would. Well, cut out the ads I suppose.

I was sure it was - I was joking too, except for it being boring of course. One thing for the entire show, with very few exceptions, would be boring, honestly. Unless it was something like focusing on a character and included flashbacks.
