Why were there so many Union Jacks in today's episode? aaron's boxer, mugs, cell phone case, Terese's folder, the dog etc,

shareI presume you're all in Australia. There was an explanation before the broadcast in the UK but it would have been confusing if it wasn't explained for Australian viewers.
They have these competitions regularly in the UK (usually announced by Karl or sometimes Toadie) but they usually involve answering a simple multiple choice question which everyone will get right, rather than spotting things in the show. The organisers receive the fee for each text that comes in and the chance of actually winning the trip to Australia is minute.
I always get sucked in though as I'm desperate to go to Melbourne.
