I remember in one of the articles it said he was involved with a secret, but it did say it was something to do with teaching, and I'm sure there would be other possibilities, but this just makes sense?

really how is her running over someone not bigger deal Susan hit someone and was not her fault and she stop teaching for ages. And how did Elly go through that with out anyone knowing surly her mum and other family would hear about it and therefore Susan

Maybe she wasn't charged with it, but I'm not sure if you have to be charged to get an AVO? Still, it's possible that might be why?

still feel to big be swept under rug and allow her keep teaching than add Angus and Piper stuff and fact she has same maturity level as Xanthe. Was slowing coming round to Elly last year i'm back to not liking her now

I think it would depend if the teaching authorities found out about it (in all cases, really). I think that was Xanthe egging her on, to be strictly fair. She certainly goes up and down though, personality wise, though I don't know if that's more the writers than Jodi.

The Xanthe thing was silly, you don't let a not so mature 16 year old advise you.

I think Elly is a well written and consistent character, though. She's not lovaeble or overly likeable, but she has her place in the show. Plus I think Jodi Anasta plays the role well too.

The attempted murder stuff is far-fetched, mind.

Didn't she say it was ruled as an accident, or something? So, I guess there wouldn't be any charges. Least she's keeping the tradition of main characters getting away with being criminals - ha!

Rob Mills is an actor/singer, who is going to be joining Neighbours this year for a short run. He's very talented, does a lot of musical theatre over here - I've seen him in Wicked, Legally Blonde and Ghost The Musical and loved all three, plus I stage doored after Legally Blonde and got to meet him, and he was super nice - so was Lucy Durack who was also in it. But he just seems a really nice guy, and apparently his character's going to be a bit of a bad boy, and the article I saw said he was involved with a secret and it was something to do with teaching, and I just feel like he might be playing the guy Elly ran over, or that him knowing about Elly would be the secret. I just think it'd be more fun if he played the guy she actually ran over. I also do have a bit of a crush, I admit it. He also was an Australian Idol finalist back in its first season and apparently had a fling with Paris Hilton at the Melbourne Cup (big horse race thing - I think they talk about it on Neighbours when it comes up in November) one year.

Oooh - yeah. For him to be the actual guy would be cool.

I'll Google him later...People will be pissed it's another singer on the show. I wonder if Aaron will launch his career too - haha.

I think they must talk about it, because I have definitely heard of it.

I think it would really be interesting!

I'd love him to sing but I am so very biased. I think I suggested in one thread that he could be a music teacher to give him a reason to sing, though. Oh that would be fun. I'm enjoying Aaron this year - he seems a tiny bit pulled back from the Frank Spencers ;)

It's like the Grand National, I think - I've heard of that in the same way. Or the Kentucky Derby for the American one I've heard of.

Music teacher is a good way to go - better than being a member of Right Prescription.

So far Aaron has been fine. I think David makes him look good by comparison.

There's a famous one in Dubai too, but I can't recall it just the now.

I think so, and also with David, he's getting a more dramatic storyline, which I think helps.

I stole the Jah Jah reference off of you,😉. I created the verb of it, which I like,😀.

It did get diabolical, but Matt Wilson can act, so I look forward to this new dawn of substance in his role.

Definitely better to have a music teacher than that!

He really is, I'll even admit to being surprised. I really think this story with David's going to be an interesting one, and I hope he might get some drama in the storyline with Tyler too.
